Trivia:

In episode 5, Nao visits the nurse's office and has her temperature taken. Her axillary (armpit) temperature measures as 37.2 degrees Centigrade. This is an extremely mild fever, barely any fever at all, and it would not normally call for any anxiety. Any reasonable nurse would have given her some mild anti-fever medication (i.e. acetaminophen) and sent her back to class, with instructions to drink plenty of fluids and get some rest when she got home. But - chalk it down to the slightly exaggerated attitude of the Japanese towards fevers - Nao gets to cut class and rest in the nurse's office. Fortunately, as it turns out.
