Plot Summary:
the hokuto shinken can only be succeeded by one heir. Raoh and Toki and cross paths - in which Toki must keep his promise of stopping Raoh. 
The story is about a catastrophic future in which most of the World, resources of Earth are destroyed after a nuclear war. Kenshiro, Toki and Raoh are brothers and successors of the fierce fighting style Hokutou Shinken. In their childhood, Toki promised Raoh that he will stop him if the turn out to be evil someday. And now, the evil in the hearh of Raoh is awakened, Toki decides to keep his promise. This movie summarizes and originates from some part of the series Hokutou no Ken.
