Trivia:

Episode 2: During the karaoke scene, the song being sung is, “Toshokan dewa Oshiete Kurenai, Tenshi no Himitsu,” the ending theme of the Kamisama Kazoku anime.

Episode 1: It is clearly seen that the character Otani Atsushi is wearing an "Abercrombie" T-shirt, obviously it IS the actual company.

During the ED animation, an advert for the 11th IAAF world championships in athletics, Osaka 2007 (25 August to 2 September 2007), is shown, featuring 'Traffie', the blue-helmeted official mascot of the games. Osaka was one of the unsuccessful bidders on the 2008 Olympics, and had to console itself with these high-profile games instead.

Everyone speaks the Kansai dialect.

During the ED, a sign designating Xavier Park is shown. Originally named Ebisu Park, the park was named Xavier Park in 1949 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Jesuit missionary Francis Xavier's arrival in Sakai in 1550.

During the OP2 sequence, Risa and Otani shown wearing different clothes and then appear at the scene of the roof of the school. This can be relative to one shoot LoveCom Plus, where Risa and Otani are known before the series start, in a concert of Umibozu.

During the OP sequence, a manhole cover is shown with the legend "Sakai-shi Usui" -- meaning, "Sakai City Waterworks." Sakai is a city in the Osaka Prefecture, presumably where the story takes place. The lighthouse pictured on the cover is Sakai's historic landmark.
