Trivia:

In the Japanese language, Giancarlo (Enrique) is played by a male voice actor, Daisuke Sakaguchi, but in the English dub, Giancarlo is played by a female voice actor, Julie Zwillich.

The game of Beyblade is based off of koma, (spinning top) which was first introduced to Japan in the 8th century from the Korean kingdom of Koguryo. At that time, only nobles were allowed to use koma. Koma had become popular with everyone by the 17th century. The object of koma is to see whose koma can stay up the longest.

A.J. Topper and Brad Best did not exist in the Japanese language. They're voices were added in by the dub studio, Nelvana, to be commentators for the tournaments. This explain why Brad Best and A.J. Topper never made appearrances, they don't exist. The same thing with Dizzi's voice. Kyoju's laptop, Dizzi, did not talk in the original Japanese language, but Nelvana added a voice for comic relief.
