During the changing room sequence between 17:46 and 18:07 of Episode 5, cosplayers wearing the outfits of "Magical Nurse Komugi" (from "Nurse Witch Komugi-chan"), "Pastel Ink" (from "Moetan") and "Valkrie" (from the "Valkyrie" series of Namco games) can be seen.
In episode 02, the physical exam notice at timing 12:00 featured Hachune Miku look-a-like wearing a doctor's suit.
In Episode 9, the flashback scene comes from episode 6 of Code-E. They did change it from the original scene so the little girl would be Maori. The dog was originally called "Lolo-tan" not "Dorota" and the little girl did not look back at the tower when Chinami ran away.
in episode 12 at around 18:57 when they roll the fake credits to cover up the broadcast the cast and characters names are those from the back to the future movies (slightly changed).
