Trivia:
In volume 4, Amilah Abdullah refers to some of the rules by which Kenji's mercenary group operates. Specifically, they insist on meeting face-to-face with their clients, and they ordinarily never meet with a client a second time. While those rules are elements of the volume's plot, Hiroki Endo is also using them to make a winking reference to a classic manga series. Duke Togo, the assassin anti-hero of Golgo 13, also follows those two rules.
