Newtype USA was the English release of Japan's best-selling anime magazine. Aside from news, reviews and manga inserts, the magazine included posters, postcards and a DVD which included preview episodes of domestic anime releases (most of which by parent company AD Vision). The magazine's publication ended on February 2008, and AD Vision replaced it with the pop culture magazine PiQ (which, itself, lasted all but four issues).
Like its original Japanese counterpart, Newtype USA was read from right to left.
