Plot Summary:
Kotarou Oohira is a boy with the gift of ESP; except he dosen't know it. When he was younger he accidentally gave his cousin Tatsuki his gift who he is now living with alongside his grandfrather whilst he goes to school. Kotarou dosen't know he's given his cousin his gift of ESP, and his cousin tries to keep it hidden from him, despite the fact his 'visions' are clearer around him.
