Jazz music is much the stars as the main cast in this story about teens who become friends in late 1960s Japan. Great sounds and good character development bolster what is otherwise a fairly pedestrian character drama.
SaiKano: Another Love Song DVDThough hardly essential for full appreciation of the TV series, these two episodes are a nice complement to the original. They don't match the quality of the original's storytelling but do fill in some gaps and provide a fuller picture of what was going on and why.
