The movie finishes what the TV series began, with a story that goes beyond a typical episode, but stops short of being an epic, life-changing experience.
Solty Rei DVD 2Rose takes center stage in a volume which puts together enough interesting characters and situations to remain moderately entertaining. It isn't great anime, but it's not bad, either.
