Ultimately Missions of Love still reads like a sexy book for middle schoolers. Yukina is far from a likeable heroine, neither Shigure nor Akira come off as particularly desirable male leads, and the less savory elements of the story detract from its romance components.

Black Butler DVD
Black Butler makes no effort whatsoever to respect the restraints of British literature and instead favors the Stones approach and paints it all black. The series shifts from Dorian Grey to Monty Python in Sebastian's dark pastiche, where he chuckles at lost souls amongst the uppercrust and gutter-dwellers alike.
