Kids on the Slope Blu-Ray
Jazz music is much the stars as the main cast in this story about teens who become friends in late 1960s Japan. Great sounds and good character development bolster what is otherwise a fairly pedestrian character drama.
Fruits Basket DVD 3A show mixing in a dash of comedy, a bit of wisdom, a pinch of cuteness, and a whole lot of grief... a show that can be enjoyed by everyone who is willing to let down their guard and feel the raw emotions pouring out of the screen.
