A young man tries to battle back against giant humanoids who feast on humans in this graphic, visceral, and fantastically intense action/horror story. Its great strengths overcome writing and production value inconsistencies.

If this film causes more permanent damage than most Pokémon outings, that's wholly the fault of its main character, Keldeo.

Arata: The Legend GN 3
It's great to finally see some attention given to the Arata now residing in the human world come this third volume of the series. Then again, comparing some run-ins with bullies to a society-altering magical quest for salvation in another world doesn't exactly feel all that equal on the importance scale.
