Jazz music is much the stars as the main cast in this story about teens who become friends in late 1960s Japan. Great sounds and good character development bolster what is otherwise a fairly pedestrian character drama.

Baka and Test OVA BD+DVD
You may not get anything substantial from this brief OVA, but it's a lot of fun to watch regardless.

Iczer-One DVD
Fans of classic mecha anime who don't mind fan service and graphic content will almost certainly go for this mid-'80s OVA series, which features a predominately female cast. Newer fans might still find it an interesting view as long as they stay away from the problem-laden English dub.
