Notes:
There are 2 releases of this DVD, both sharing the same UPC. The original release contained some flaws that were fixed in the re-release, such as issues with the subtitles. The re-release front cover differs from the old release by having a much smaller "2 versions splash" in the bottom right corner, a font that is more consistent with the other volumes, and some shadow in the title logo. The back cover of the original release lists 2000 for the copyright year while the re-release lists the year 2002. The re-release came out on 2002-02-05.
