Music from the GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) hit anime series. This soundtrack comprises the remastered version of music from the popular TV show, and includes 20 tracks and approximately 47 minutes of music. The liner notes feature an interview with composer Yusuke Honma, conducted by original GTO manga artist Tohru Fujisawa.

The disc features an eclectic mix of music - including jazzy, blues, pop, and hard rock riffs - that composer Honma uses to capture the essence of the crazy, and good hearted, Eikichi Onizuka.

Yusuke Honma is well-known to anime fans as the composer of music for such celebrated shows as Fushigi Yugi and Yu Yu Hakusho. He has also scored the music for the live-action TV feature, ‘Messengers,’ as well as having contributed cool sounds to countless other projects.
