Katamari Damacy no Vita Game's Welcome Video Streamed

Namco Bandai Games began streaming the 46-second "Welcome" video for its Katamari Damacy no Vita game, which will be a launch title for the PlayStation Vita system on December 17. The video highlights the main new feature of this latest entry in the popular game series — players can use the PS Vita's front and rear touch panels to "stretch" or "shrink" the Katamari ball.

Like in the previous games, the player has to roll the Katamari ball to collect items and make the ball bigger. By expanding the ball, the player can collect a lot more material on open plains. On the flip side, the player can make the ball narrower to navigate alleyways for items.
