Macross Frontier's Cosmic Nyaan Concert Promo Streamed

The Flying Dog music label began streaming a promotional video on Friday for the upcoming release of the "Macross F Super Dimension Super Live Cosmic Nyaan" video on Blu-ray Disc and DVD. The home video release will feature near-complete footage of the "Macross F Super Dimension Super Live ~Merry Christmas without You~" concert that was held at Tokyo's Budokan event hall on December 22.
Yoko Kanno produced the concert, and Ranka Lee=Megumi Nakajima and Sheryl Nome starring May'n both performed at the concert. Yūichi Nakamura (Alto Saotome), Aya Endō (Sheryl Nome), and Megumi Toyoguchi (Klan Klang) also performed at the events.
The Blu-ray will cost 8,190 yen (about US$106), and the DVD will cost 7,140 yen (about US$93). Bonuses on the release include rehearsal and behind-the-scenes footage, as well as the encore song performed at a December 24 concert held at Kobe's Port Island Hall. The Blu-ray Disc and DVD will be released on November 23.
Flying Dog will broadcast a "Macross F Super Dimension Super Live Cosmic Nyaaaan -Nyan Chira Special-" on the Tokyo MX TV and KBS Kyoto stations on November 6 to commemorate the upcoming release. The TV special will show footage from the December 22 and December 24 concerts.
