Compile Heart began streaming a new promotional video for Touch Shiyo! -Love Application- on the love simulation game's official website on Thursday.
In the game, the protagonist mysteriously receives a new smartphone in the mail called a "yPhone" that comes with an application called "Satori" that allows him to be able to read the minds of the girls around him and learn their secrets. The "yPhone" allows the player to e-mail or talk to girls with the phone's video capabilities and ask them on dates. The protagonist can choose from four girls and develop a romantic relationship with one or more of them. Compile Heart will release downloadable content for Touch Shiyo! -Love Application- that adds functions to the "yPhone."
The game will feature Misato Fukuen as Mayu Shinonome, Yuko Goto as Satsuki Aiba, Asami Shimoda as Kaya Kinosaki, and Marina Inoue as Aoi Takigawa. Illustrator Katsuyuki Hirano is handling the game's character designs and Sayaka Sasaki is performing the game's opening theme song. Dengeki Online began streaming a previous promotional video for the game on November 1.
A limited edition of the game will retail for 9,429 yen (about US$124) and the regular edition will retail for 7,329 yen (about US$96). Compile Heart will release the game on the PlayStation 3 on February 23.
