Rurouni Kenshin Hanafuda Playing Cards Offered in Japan

48 cards with anime characters drawn in traditional Japanese card style
The Japanese character goods maker MOVIC began selling Rurouni Kenshin hanafuda playing cards on Thursday. All 48 cards feature the characters from Nobuhiro Watsuki's samurai manga and anime, only drawn in traditional Japanese card style.
Along with the Rurouni Kenshin: Shin Kyoto-Hen video anime series, the cards celebrate of the 15th anniversary of the Rurouni Kenshin television anime series. The hanafuda set will be available at Animate stores and Animate's online shop for 2,100 yen (about US$27).
