Store Offers Complete PS Vita Collection for 120,000 Yen

Japan's Enterking chain also brings back 990,000-yen complete Wii collection

On Wednesday, the Japanese secondhand store chain Enterking announced the return of its Complete Lucky Bags (fukubukuro), including the complete PlayStation Vita hardware and sofware collection for 120,000 yen (about US$1,550). Japanese stores traditionally promote shopping during the New Year's holidays by offering "Lucky Bags" of various items at deep markdown.

This year, Enterking is offering one complete collection of the PlayStation Vita system, which just launched in Japan on December 17. The PlayStation Vita Complete Lucky Bag includes the 3G/Wi-Fi model of the actual system, plus 20 launch titles, one 8GB memory card, card case, screen protection film, in-ear headphones, and carrying pouch. The suggested retail price for everything is 145,000 yen (US$1,870), but Enterking is offering the collection for 120,000 yen.

Enterking is also offering the "Wii Complete Lucky Bag's Revenge." Last year, the store chain offered the complete hardware and software collection for the Nintendo Wii console — including all 408 different software titles released in Japan — for 1,000,000 yen (US$13,000). This year, the Wii Complete Lucky Bag will have 38 more titles but cost 10,000 yen (US$130) less at 990,000 yen (US$12,870).

One Complete Lucky Bag for each system will be sold; people who wish to buy either must enter a drawing between January 1 and January 3 for a chance to buy.
