Sengoku Basara HD Collection Coming to PS3 This Spring

Sengoku Basara 2 stage play to open in May; fan club to be launched

Game publisher CAPCOM announced on Saturday that it will release the Sengoku Basara HD Collection for the PlayStation 3 console this spring. CAPCOM made the announcement during the "Sengoku Basara Fan Kanshasai ~BSR48 Kaihyō no En" fan-appreciation event.

A bonus drama CD featuring the winners of the AKB48-style "BSR48" character popularity poll will be bundled with a limited number of the collection's first release. CAPCOM did not announce how much the collection will cost.

CAPCOM also announced that the Sengoku Basara 2 stage play will open in Japan this May. At the end of Saturday's event, CAPCOM revealed that it is launching "Eiyū no Kai" (Gathering of Heroes), the official fan club for Sengoku Basara.
