Rina Hidaka Sings Moe Can Change! Anime's Theme

The official website for Ambition's game-based Moe Can Change! original video anime revealed on Monday that voice actress and singer Rina Hidaka will sing the anime's opening theme song "NO RULE ~ Chō-Listen!" Hidaka previously sang theme songs for Ro-Kyu-Bu!, Inu X Boku Secret Service, Battle Girls - Time Paradox, Penguin Girl, and an insert song for The World God Only Knows. Yuriko Mori (The Familiar of Zero, Karin) is writing the song's lyrics, and Jiro Miyanaga (Rune Soldier) is composing and arranging the song. Arte Refact (Gokujyo—. ~Gokurakuin Joshi Kōryō Monogatari~) is performing the anime's ending theme song. The website also recently revealed the character designs for the anime.
The original "playful bishōjo Miroid-raising/clothes-changing moe game” has the player joining a beta test program for an android, who the player must raise and dress up as a girl. The cast includes Ryoko Shintani (Doctor), Asuka Okame (Sarari), Emiri Katō (Tomoe Kiyatake), Mai Aizawa (Anna Moegi), and Hidaka (Kanna Moegi).
Takeo Takahashi directed Spice and Wolf, Yosuga no Sora, and Mayo Chiki! before helming Moe Can Change! at Frontier Works with Spice and Wolf character designer Kazuya Kuroda. The Ambition game company's staff is scripting the anime.
The anime will ship on DVD on April 26.
