Registration will be open to July 7 or until all places are filled.
Registration for the Cosplay Masquerade at the Manchester Comic Con MCM Expo on July 21 is now linked from here, while the full rules are available here. The registration will be open until July 7 or until all the places are filled. A small number of places may also be available on the day of the masquerade.
The Manchester MCM Expo will take place at the "Manchester Central" venue (map).
