3-minute video introduces setup, gameplay of CAPCOM's "manga-like" Lost Planet spinoff
CAPCOM began streaming a three-minute training "lesson" video for its "manga-like action" game E.X. Troopers on Thursday. The video introduces the setup of the game, in which the player plays "Buren," a cocky recruit in the academy at the planet EDN-04. The player makes friends and gains experience at the academy before heading off into battle on missions.
The game is set in the same story universes as CAPCOM's popular Lost Planet games. Shintaro Kojima (Monster Hunter franchise) is producing the game for a November 22 release on the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation 3 platforms in Japan.
