Interest LBX/Danbōru Senki Stop-Motion Video Posted

The official Japanese PlayStation YouTube channel began streaming "The Battle of LBX - Fantasy Live-Action Project" on Thursday. The stop-motion project promotes the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita game Danbōru Senki W (Little Battlers eXperience W), which will ship on October 18.

Along with a new anime, Level-5 devleoped the "plastic model craft role-playing game" as a full sequel to the original Danbōru Senki (Little Battlers eXperience) PSP game that shipped in Japan last year. The player controls tiny battle robots called LBX (Little Battler eXperience) as they battle it out in dioramas built from reinforced cardboard. ("Danbōru Senki" literally means "cardboard warriors.") The new game features combining robots.
Level-5 will release both the PlayStation Portable and the PlayStation Vita versions of the game for 4,980 yen (about US$63), or 4,480 yen (US$56) via download.
