A joint concert is being held for True Tears, Hanasaku Iroha, and Tari Tari — three anime created by the studio P.A. Works. Musical performers who contributed to the three titles' songs will participate, including eufonius and Aira Yuki for True Tears; nano.RIPE, Sphere (Ayahi Takagaki, Haruka Tomatsu, Minako Kotobuki, Aki Toyosaki), and clammbon for Hanasaku Iroha; and AiRI and the Shirahamazaka High School Chorus Club (Ayahi Takagaki, Asami Seto, Saori Hayami, Natsuki Hanae) for Tari Tari.
Eufonius (Yosuga no Sora, Clannad), the musical unit which included vocalist riya and composer Hajime Kikuchi, went on hiatus last fall. Kikuchi stepped away from the unit last September due in part to his denigrating comments toward singer Halko Momoi on Twitter in August. Kikuchi later apologized for his comments. The concert's website does not state whether riya will perform alone, or if both of them will participate.
The concert will be held on April 13 at 5:00 p.m. at the Disney Resort's Maihama Amphitheater, which just opened last September. Tickets will be available online starting January 19 for 8,000 yen (around US$90).
