Shu Uemura and Takashi Murakami Collaborate on 6HP Christmas Cosmetics Collection

Famed make-up artist and founder of a cosmetics line Shu Uemura is teaming up with noted contemporary artist Takashi Murakami for a 2013 Christmas Cosmetic Collection. Called "Six Hearts Princess," the 19-piece collection is based on Murakami's 6HP anime project.
The cosmetics collection features a Heart and Flower S Curler ($24), which is designed to fit all eye shapes; an Eye and Cheek Parallel Palette ($69) with seven eye shadows and one cheek blush; Shu's Princess Fun-Tasy Mini Brush Set ($69), with portable face, cheek, eyeshadow, and eyebrow brushes in a gilded case; and a variety of lip colors, eyeliners, cleansing oils, false lashes, nail polishes, and makeup palettes ranging from $24 to $75.
The collection will be available online, and is expected to debut in November. Japanese consumers will have access to all 19 products from the collection, while US shoppers will only have access to 14 selected items.
