China's Largest Evangelion Expo to be Held in Shanghai

China's largest Evangelion event is taking place in Shanghai from November 16 to December 1.
Called "Eva Expo," the event will feature over 1,000 pieces related to the Neon Genesis Evangelion series and movies, including backgrounds, storyboards, layouts, concept artwork, life-size figures, and video. The event will also faithfully recreate scenes such as the NERV Headquarters and Rei Ayanami's bedroom.
Also planned is a daily Evangelion 3D light show, as well as a cosplay spokesperson selection event, the winner of which will have the opportunity to be hired as a promotional model for China-based Evangelion events. A commercial for the event can be watched here.
Specific details for the Evangelion Expo in Shanghai are as follows:
Dates: Saturday, November 16 - Sunday, December 1
Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM (doors close 30 minutes before the venue closes)
Venue: Shanghai Super Brand Mall 9th Floor
Tickets: 80 RMB (~$13)
A similar event was held earlier this year in Ginza, and will be touring Japan until 2015.
