Optimus Prime Takes on the 'Future' of Soccer

While there have already been plenty of exciting goals and saves so far in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, which is currently taking place in Brazil, there's one goalkeeper in particular who's determined to not let in a single goal—Optimus Prime.

In a commercial for Michael Bay's Transformers: Age of Extinction that's been airing during the event coverage, Optimus Prime is seen defending shots from young soccer players Diego Poyet, Gor Grigoryan, and Patrick Otte.

Transformers: Age of Extinction will be released in theaters on June 27.
