The march of time is inevitable, and now many of those who watched Evangelion during their teenage years are now having children of their own. So what better way to indoctrinate your baby into the Eva fold than with adorable swag?
The Eva Store and Sanrio (yes, Sanrio) have expanded their Eva Micro Macro line of merchandise to include bibs, allowing fans to impart their love for all things Eva to unsuspecting toddlers while they eat.
The bibs retail between 481 yen (about US$4.70) for one, to 781 yen (about US$7.65) for a set of two after tax.
A collaboration between Evangelion and Geewhiz also lets fans dress their kids, or their family and friends' kids, in the signature green and purple of Eva Unit-001. Available merch includes onesies for 6,156 yen (about US$60.27), bibs for 2,700 yen (about US$26.43), backpacks for 6,156 yen (about US$60.27), and more.
