If you have a craving for the sweet, airy crunch of macarons, Japanese convenience store chain Famima has just the treat, with special Hatsune Miku and friends macarons.
Each box includes ten pieces for 2,500 yen (about US$24.51). Those representing Hatsune Miku, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, Yowane Haku, and Kasane Teto have a strawberry ganache filling, while those representing Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, KAITO, and Akita Neru have a caramel ganache filling. The macarons themselves are made with ground Marcona almonds from Spain, and couverture chocolate from Belgium.
Reservations will be accepted through Famima.com from June 24 to July 13, with a delivery time frame of July 23 to July 27.
If you can't wait that long for Hatsune Miku goodness, you can grab some Hatsune Miku umbrellas, which are being sold individually for 1,008 yen (about US$9.89), or in a set of three for 3,024 yen (about US$29.66), or this unique Miku cap for 2,675 yen (about US$26.24).
