Yoga Instructor Offers Pokemon-Themed Sessions for Convention Attendees

Florida yoga instructor Lacy Amoeba has been helping anime convention-goers stay relaxed and fit for several years, offering "nerd yoga" in the back of Winter Park, FL's A Comic Shop. She's since taken her practices to anime conventions, offering morning Pokémon-themed yoga sessions to anyone needing a break from the weekend hustle-and-bustle.

Just last weekend she attended Holiday Matsuri 2014, offering fans the unique opportunity to chaturanga while dressed as Sailor Moon. For a video, check out the Orlando Sentinel's article.
