Chibatman Stops By Chiba's Coming-of-Age Ceremony

Local Chiba hero Chibatman made a guest appearance at the city's Coming-of-Age Ceremony on Monday, prompting cheers from those in attendance.

The appearance seems like a good consolation prize for Chibatman, who was scheduled to take part in this year's Chiba Kenmin Marathon as a pacer, but was denied by policemen.
