Square Enix Manga Heroines Take On Part Time Jobs

posted on by Chris Nishijima
Three-F convenience store chain holds collaborative manga fair

Convenience stores have always been an integral part of otaku culture. Not only do they take part in numerous prize lotteries and collaborative goods sales, but they've even served as inspiration for characters and settings of manga and anime themselves. As another show of the continual relationship between the anime industry and convenience stores, starting January 19, Square Enix's various manga magazines and convenience store chain Three-F will be holding a collaborative manga fair event.

Starting from January 19 until the collaboration's completion, Three-F branches will carry and showcase the first volumes of a number of recommended series from Square Enix's publishing repertoire. The five series that are to be exhibited for recommendation are Kakegurui, Murciélago, Is It Wrong To Try And Pick Up Girls In A Dungeon, Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend, and Kuzu no Honkai.

In addition to this, each of the heroines of the five manga being presented for recommendation have been drawn in exclusive promotional art wearing the Three-F employee uniform.

In addition to Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend's currently airing anime, it was announced that Is It Wrong To Try And Pick Up Girls In A Dungeon will be getting an anime starting in April.
