Horror Manga Artist Draws Annabelle Pictures for Japanese Theater

posted on by Eric Stimson

While the horror movie Annabelle was released in North America last year, it doesn't come out in Japan until February 28. In anticipation of its release, noted horror manga artist Nori Ochazuke drew these illustrations of the titular doll. They will be exhibited in Shinjuku Piccadilly, a Tokyo movie theater, in February 26.

Ochazuke is a manga artist known for creating chilling short stories like the collection Fear Infection and The Curse of Yamamura Sadako. The artist is a big fan of James Wan, the producer of Annabelle and director of horror movies like The Conjuring, Insidious and Saw.
