One-Millionth AKB48 Concert Attendee to Win A Lifetime Pass

The AKB48 Theater in Akihabara is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. With performances almost every day, the theater has seen generations of AKB48 members, and hundreds of thousands of concertgoers within its hallowed walls. And this month, it hopes to reach one million.
To celebrate the milestone, the AKB48 Theater is holding a special campaign. The fan lucky enough to be the one-millionth concertgoer will receive a free lifetime pass to the AKB48 Theater.
Of course, just getting tickets to see AKB48 already requires a little bit of luck. Because of the small size of the theater, tickets are sold using a lottery system. Here's a good English-language guide for those who are interested in seeing a show.
AKB48's 39th single, "Green Flash," will be released in Japan on March 4.
