Sound! Euphonium Songs Now Available for Pianists

Pianists inspired to sit in front of the keyboard again after watching Sound! Euphonium are now in luck. Yamaha Music Media is publishing three songs from the anime — "DREAM SOLISTER" (the opening theme), "Tutti!" (the ending theme), and a piano melody, "Hajimari no Senritsu" ("Melody of Beginning") — as a piano score. The pieces are all graded intermediate in difficulty and are written for solo piano, although a duet version of "DREAM SOLISTER" is also included. Hopeful euphonists will have to keep waiting.
The score is available here (Japan only) for 864 yen (US$6.95).
In other Sound! Euphonium news, the voice actors will hold a special fan event on October 14 at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music in Kawasaki with TRUE, who sings "DREAM SOLISTER."
