Upcoming Monster Musume Cast Speaks About Their Roles

What's it like to for the cast of a monster girl harem anime to voice their promiscuous roles?
The Japanese voice cast of the Monster Musume anime gets down and dirty as they share their thoughts on their work on the show in the "Monster Musume Production Process" to air on Saturday. This special recaps the first seven episodes of the anime and offers a glimpse into its relatively-more suggestive moments such as the girls' moon-induced sex craze in episode three. This special will also be featured on the upcoming Blu-Ray and DVD release of the anime's first few episodes.
Many upcoming cast members in the series also offered their feelings on voicing their respective monsters.
Ai Kakuma, who voices the Dullahan Lala has stated that "she uses a lot of words and magic spell phrases that [she] normally wouldn't use."
"There's a lot about her I can't say right now," she went on to say. "But I want her to do her best and not lose to the other Monster Girls."
Airi Ootsu, playing the dragon-like Draco, was surprised at the type of character she is set to play.
"She's incredibly handsome," Ootsu said, commenting on her character's tomboyish appearance. "But underneath that, I was shocked to see how honest and straightforward she was. ... I really think she develops well as the story continues.
"My character seemed very childish at first," said Asami Seto, playing the dryad Kii. "But I very much enjoyed voicing her as she began growing into a young woman."
Finally, Atsumi Tanezaki, playing the devil girl Lilith, spoke about her character's mischievous nature.
"It seems no matter when or where she is, she's always causing mischief! I think people will really enjoy her."
In related news, a special called "Monster Musume Special Event ~Interspecies Exchange Party~" will air on November 15. The event will be hosted by various other cast members.
