Japanese Fans Choose Most Charming Busty Characters in Anime & Manga

As any survey of fanservice-heavy anime will make clear, well-endowed girls are popular in Japan, and all the more so if they have attractive personalities to match. The Japanese character encyclopedia, Charapedia, surveyed 10,000 anime and manga fans to determine the top 20 most charming busty characters. The survey was conducted from August 27 to September 2, with the results announced on September 3. 67% of the respondents were male and 69% were aged 10-30. This was not a mere popularity poll; Charapedia uses its own system of assigning points to characters based on various other factors gleaned from the poll, including the order of votes and whether the voters made comments.
