ANN: Best of Summer Anime 2015 Poll Results

The summer season has wrapped and the Fall 2015 is well underway. The Goo Ranking website weighed in on the top shows of summer with Ushio & Tora, Prison School, and Himouto! Umaruchan rounding out the top three among its readers. Anime News Network held its own poll to see if our readers still favored School-Live! or if Durarara!! ×2 The Second Arc regained its top spot. The answer: neither.

ANN readers instead voted that the spring series My Love Story!!, which wrapped up with the rest of the fall season, was the best. This was followed by School-Live! and Charlotte.

The Japanese anime news website Anime! Anime! asked the same question earlier this month. It's readers, 60% male and 40% female, picked the following top 10.

Now that the Fall Season is approaching its fourth week, the same website asked which shows its readers are committed to watching each week. One-Punch Man was ANN reader's most anticipated show in September, and one of the top-rated in the Preview Guide. The readers over Animate.tv picked Haikyu!! Second Season as their most anticipated show. At Anime! Anime!, the respondents put One-Punch Man at #2, under Seraph of the End: Battle in Nagoya.
