Yu-Gi-Oh!'s Dark Magician to Appear in Monster Hunter X

The 52nd issue of Weekly Shonen Jump will announce on Saturday that the card game/anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! will have an unusual crossover with the upcoming Monster Hunter X video game. The former series' Dark Magician (Black Magician in Japan) will appear as a weapon — but as a Felyne Palico version, the "Black Maginyan." (Nyan is the Japanese version of "meow.") It can be used in the game's new "Nyanter Mode," which focuses on Felynes.

Monster Hunter X will be released for the 3DS on November 28. A crossover with Yowamushi Pedal is also planned.
