ANN Readers: Favorite Winter 2016 Anime Theme Songs

Last week, Anime News Network readers weighed in on their favorite theme songs for the Winter 2016 anime season. Fans in Japan picked their top five, choosing the Haruchika – Haruta & Chika opening song "Niji wo Ametara" by fhána as the top choice, followed by themes from Utawarerumono, KONOSUBA, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, and Ajin.

ANN reader's choices were vastly different, with only HaruChika and Ajin themes making it into the top 10. Instead, ERASED's opening "Re:Re:" by ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION took the top spot, followed by Schwarzes Marken's opening "white forces" by fripSide, and then ERASED's ending theme "Sore wa Chiisa na Hikari no yō na" by Sayuri.
