Battery's Takumi & Kou Could Say Your Nickname After Anime's Premiere

Fuji TV is offering fans of the light novel series Battery a chance to hear their own nickname spoken by Takumi (Kouki Uchiyama) and Kou (Tasuku Hatanaka), the story's protagonists. If they visit the official website now, they can enter a nickname up to ten characters long, or they can follow Battery's official Twitter account and tweet their nicknames. The deadline for applications is July 5; the winner is chosen by lottery.
The recording will be posted on the same website after the premiere episode of the anime adaptation, Battery the Animation, on July 14.
Other projects heralding the Battery anime's premiere are in the works: a crossover with a popular baseball smartphone game and a life-size statue. Details have not yet been posted.
