The official Japanese PlayStation Blog announced on Tuesday that Osomatsu-san The Game Hachamecha Shūshoku Advice: Dead or Work (Mr. Osomatsu The Game Nonsense Employment Advice: Dead or Work) game is getting a PlayStation Vita variant in Japan.

The "glacier white" PlayStation Vita will feature the six Matsuno brothers engraved on the handheld system. The release will include a Mr. Osomatsu theme and special packaging (pictured below).

The limited-edition Mr. Osomatsu PS Vita bundle will include the system and game for 28,450 yen (about US$261). The set will ship on June 29, and Sony's online store began accepting preorders on Tuesday.

Idea Factory describes the game as a "dynamic unemployed adventure." The game will also have a standard edition for 6,804 yen (about US$), a limited edition for 8,964 yen (about US$), a special edition for 13,284 yen (about US$), and a digital download edition for 6,264 yen (about US$).

The special edition (Osomatsu version pictured below) includes a B3-size cloth poster, an illustration booklet, four acrylic key chains, four tin key chains, and a mini-tote bag. The special pack comes in six types, corresponding to each of the six Matsuno brothers in the anime. The separate limited edition comes with a B3-size cloth poster, an illustration booklet, and wallpapers for the PS Vita and PC.

The first season of the Mr. Osomatsu high tension comedy" television anime series based on Fujio Akatsuka's original Osomatsu-kun manga premiered last October. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan. A second television anime season has been green-lit.

Other games to receive PS Vita variants last year include Spike Chunsoft's Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony (New Danganronpa V3: Minna no Koroshiai Shin Gakki), Square Enix's SaGa Scarlet Grace, and World of Final Fantasy.
