posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
Anime theme song band fhána has cemented their popularity with tracks for Tales of Zestiria the X, Comet Lucifer, Witch Craft Works, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, and most recently the sequel to The Eccentric Family. The pop band's single "Moon River" serves as the show's ending theme.
The band released a music video to a new track "Relief" on Friday and it stands out for a few reasons. The first is the the song is entirely in English and the second is its animated music video.
The song's English lyrics were written by Lynne Hobday, a British lyricist and singer who also worked on the music in Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, Disgaea 4 & 5, and the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon musicals.
Artist Kanta Mochida produced the animation.
The song is included on fhána's second full-length album What a Wonderful Word Line. Lantis released the album on April 27.
