Cardcaptor Sakura's School Uniform Inspires Backpack, Pass Case

Cardcaptor Sakura is teaming up with fashion brand Rydia to release a backpack inspired by Sakura's sailor school uniform. The collaboration is also releasing a pass multi case with a Sakura Card motif.
Sakura's Tomoeda Elementary School uniform and the backpack feature characteristic red lines. The backpack costs 12,000 yen (about US$110), and its front has an embroidered Star Wand emblem. The pass multi case costs 5,990 yen (US$55), and its zipper pull features a likeness of Kero.
Both items are available for pre-order through the Fashion Walker and Zozotown websites. The backpack and case are slated for delivery in late September to early October.
Other Cardcaptor Sakura merchandise that went on sale in Japan this year includes a kimono set, cushions, and towels. The Guinness Book of World Records recognized Sofia Pichihua of Peru in December as the owner of the world's largest collection of Cardcaptor Sakura memorabilia.
