Earth Star Dream Idol Yuki Nakashima Goes Solo

The Earth Star Dream idol group is down one member. Singer Yuki Nakashima announced on her official Twitter account on Monday that she will graduate from the group at the end of the year and will pursue a solo career. She will remain with the Earth Star agency.
Earth Star Dream formed in 2014 as as extension of Earth Star Entertainment which produced anime adaptations of its corresponding manga properties, most notably Teekyū. The original group included nine up-and-coming voice actresses between 12 to 25 years old chosen through the Seiyū Grand Prix competition. The idols debuted their first theme songs for the Ketsuekigata-kun! 2 anime series and went on to perform themes for Mahou Shoujo Nante Mouiidesukara. seasons one and two, Teekyū seasons six and nine, and its spinoff Usakame. The idols also starred in the voice acting roles for Usakame.
Besides her role in the idol group, Nakashima also stars as Aoi Zaizen/Blue Angel in the Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS anime series.
Earth Star Dream currently includes Nakashima, Kanon Takao, Hikaru Koide, Eri Sogabe, Arisa Aihara, and Maria Tanijiri.
