Voice Actors Rie Takahashi, Yuuki Kaji Produce Latest Teasing Master Takagi-san Manga Chapter

Voice actress Rie Takahashi and voice actor Yūki Kaji, who star in the Teasing Master Takagi-san anime as Takagi-san and Nishikata, respectively, have teamed up with original manga creator Sōichirō Yamamoto to produce the latest chapter of the Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san manga. Shogakukan published the chapter in the April issue of its Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine (also known as Gessan), which shipped on Monday.
The chapter features Takagi playing dodgeball, and Nishikata dealing with e-mail.
Takahashi provided a cute comment regarding the chapter: "Since I was a student, I have always loved... Perhaps, you too? I feel happy you summoned your courage. Yup, we're talking about dodgeball. Just kidding! (lol)."
Kaji also provided a comment on the chapter: "Especially because I play Nishikata, who continues to keep getting teased, I thought of Takagi-san! I snatched away Takagi-san's "Real time!" ... Takagi-san, even just as text, she's still pretty scary!"
Hopefully fans won't have to wait too long to see the chapter in English, as Yen Press has licensed the manga and the first volume is listed as shipping on July 24.
Yamamoto launched the manga in Gessan mini, the accompanying booklet to Shogakukan's Gessan magazine, in 2013. After Yamamoto finished serializing his Fudatsuki no Kyōko-chan manga in Gessan in June 2016, Teasing Master Takagi-san moved to Gessan in July 2016.
The manga's anime adaptation premiered on January 8 and is listed with 12 episodes. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan, and Funimation is streaming a dub.
