The Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card anime is inspiring a "Smartphone-Shaped Voice Collection" item that will go on sale in Japan on June 6. Voice actors Sakura Tange (voice of Sakura), Aya Hisakawa (voice of Kerberos), and Junko Iwao (voice of Tomoyo) made new recordings for the release.

The smartphone-shaped device has three modes: Cardcaptor, Secure, and Music. In Cardcaptor Mode, fans can hear key phrases such as "O key that hides the power of dreams, reveal your true nature before me! Release!," which Sakura says when she uses the Dream Wand. In Secure Mode, people can push buttons on the device to play a card-collecting game. In Music Mode, fans can push buttons to hear nine different melodies.

The smartphone-inspired device costs 2,138 yen (about US$20).

Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card premiered on January 7, and it reunites the cast and staff of the first Card Captor Sakura television anime series. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan, and Funimation is streaming the dub on FunimationNow.
